You can work permit of 2 years after completing your study.

Average tuition fees in Australia for International student is approx. 15,000 Aus $ to 33,000 Aus $ for Undergraduates studies and Approx.  20,000 Aus $ to 37,000 Aus $ for Postgraduate studies. You can apply for Australian student visa using offer letter or a confirmation of Enrollment, you can check specific requirements and documents on department of immigration and border protection website.
There are five English language test are acceptable for Australian student visa.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) 
Occupational English Test (OET) 
Pearson Test of English (PTE). 
Yes, you can work while you’re studying in Australia. International students are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during study periods and unlimited hours during study breaks. There are no work restrictions for students completing a masters by research or doctoral degree. 
There is point based system to get PR in Australia. The point is based on your qualification, work experience. 
Many universities in Australia provides scholarship to international students but it given prospective students. You can contact directly institutes for applying with Scholarship.  
Maximum Visa process time is 3months but you can get visa decision in 3weeks times also.
No PCC is not required for Australia
